If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at saja@sandrajamesllc.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
